NeuroShiftology® or Kirsten Manchester provides services based on her academic background in Public Health and Education, combined with specialized training in subconscious recalibration and somatic facilitation. These services are educational and supportive in nature, designed to facilitate personal development and systemic wellbeing. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for professional clinical care.

No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship

NeuroShiftology® services do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health care and do not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• NeuroShiftology® and Kirsten Manchester are not acting as licensed medical or mental health professionals

• No diagnosis, treatment or cure is offered

• You remain fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing decisions

• You must seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concerns

Statements regarding healing, services, books, programs or outcomes have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority (including the Therapeutic Goods Administration or any equivalent authority) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Client Responsibility and Conduct

By using this website or booking services with NeuroShiftology®, you agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing

• You will seek professional support where appropriate

• Results vary and cannot be guaranteed

You agree to:

• Attend sessions from a private and safe environment with a stable internet connection

• Be ready at the scheduled time (and prepared a few minutes beforehand)

• Inform Kirsten Manchester of any physical, mental or emotional conditions or medications that may affect your session

Any abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. NeuroShiftology® reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Payments, Currency, Bookings and Cancellations

All prices are listed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and other approved payment platforms).

Payment is required in full before any session, programme or service is confirmed.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

All services, sessions, programmes and products offered by NeuroShiftology® and Kirsten Manchester are strictly non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Individual sessions

• Multi-session packages

• Private transformation processes

• Online courses

• Live programmes

• Digital products

Please ensure you are ready to proceed before booking.

Programs, Digital Products & Other Offers

Any refund policy for automated programmes, digital products, nutrition-related offers or other non-session services (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the relevant checkout or sales page at the time of purchase.

If no refund policy is stated, the purchase is non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session, or missed sessions, will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the NeuroShiftology® Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information is used solely for booking, communication and delivery of services.
Your information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use trusted third-party platforms (such as booking systems, payment processors and video-conferencing platforms) to deliver services securely.

Although services may be delivered online to clients internationally, all services are provided from New Zealand and remain subject to New Zealand law.

Any disputes arising in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Clients are responsible for complying with any laws applicable in their own jurisdiction when accessing these services.

NeuroShiftology® reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
